Hacienda Puerta Del Cielo Hotel, Resort, Eco lodge & Spa in Nicaragua, Masatepe

Absolutely stunning hotel with an amazing view of the volcano. Our room was beautiful and comfortable and our deck opened right up to the pool. Very serene and relaxing. The food was great. Pool was relaxing. Don’t miss sunset. All the employees went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we hopped. The hotel is a little off the beaten path and difficult to get to but they provided transportation and even communicated throughly with our tour providers to help them out. Even after we checked out, they said we could contact them if we needed any help with anything at all I highly recommend staying here, the views, room and services are unmatched.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! The rooms are very comfortable and have everything that you need, the pool is great and wraps around the property, giving you beautiful views of Volcan Masaya and Laguna de Masaya from all directions and the food was wonderful as well! We really enjoyed our conversation with JC and he was very quick at responding when we set up our reservation as well. The staff also were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. We also arranged spa treatments and Evelin was amazing. I only wish we had stayed two nights so we could’ve spent a full day at the pool one day as well.

Hacienda!! This place is a dream! It is so peaceful and beautiful here. I loved every moment I spent in this paradise. The views are incredible. The staff, top-notch. The owner, JC, was so nice and warm. He made sure that we were taken care of and never taken advantage of. He guided us step by step on how to get to the property. Once there, he made sure we were comfortable and happy. Francisco, who works there, was the nicest man! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place, and the food was terrific! If you’re looking for peace and beauty immersed in local culture, this is the spot!
